HOTEL INFORMATION

The Double Tree by Hilton on the St. Johns River will be your home away from home. The convention rate applies from June 6-16 so come early or stay late. There is much to do in Jacksonville and North Florida. We will provide information about “other attractions” as we move closer to the convention.

Room rates are standard, $124; riverfront, $144 and Jr. Suite $164 and the current tax is 13 percent. If you are a Hilton Honors member, you can achieve points. Do NOT call the hotel directly to reserve your space. You may reserve 24 hours using this toll-free number: 1-800-222-8733. The group code is SON. You may also reserve online by visiting http://group.doubletree.com/y5hwe8.  The deadline to register is May 18.

The hotel has 293 well-appointed rooms with walkout balconies, including 33 suites; 100 percent non-smoking; wireless high-speed internet access available throughout the hotel; 40 inch flat panel television in each room; Crabtree & Evelyn bath products; 24-hour fitness studio; outdoor riverfront pool; several dining options including Ruth Chris Steakhouse; a lobby lounge and many other amenities. Bellmen, valet and self-parking are available. The hotel has waived the self-park rate of $12 per day for anyone driving or using a rental car. Daily valet parking is available at a set rate.
